Stage 1 | Enterprise name approval, a corporate name includes both languages, Chinese and English (Format: Shanghai + Name + Industry + Limited, e.g. Shanghai KFC Enterprises Investment Management Co., Ltd.), or KFC Enterprises Investment Management (Shanghai) Limited. |

Stage 2 | Approval from the Commerce Commission, to acquire an approved certificate for foreign invested enterprises from the public government office. |
Stage 3 | Pr-approval, such as food circulation, medical equipment, logistics, road transport and alcohol wholesale, etc. that need special procedure of approval, to acquire files of qualification approval for special industries. |
Stage 4 | Business registration, obtain business license (original and duplicate) issued by industrial and commercial bureau, the representative office need to apply for the chief representative certificate and general representative certificate. |
Stage 5 | Application of company stamps, known as corporate seals. |
Stage 6 | Foreign exchange registration (purpose: in the future you can apply for the foreign debt registration, bank loans, receipts and disbursements of international payments). |
Stage 7 | Bank account opening for your LLC, (foreign currency settlement account, capital verification account, CNY basic account, tax payment account). |
Stage 8 | Registration of consignee and consignor of the Customs, inspection and quarantine registration, if your China LLC is an international businesses, you have to apply for it, known as import and export licenses and permits. |
Stage 9 | The following is the taxation registration stages: Verification of tax category, basic setting for accounting books. |
Stage 10 | Qualification application for general taxpayer (suitable for trading company, while the service industry shall skip this stage). |
Stage 11 | Acquire the general taxpayer qualification, implement the stage for purchase, installation and training for anti-counterfeiting tax control billing system. And obtain post certificate for tax control operator. |
Stage 12 | Application and training for accounting electronic declaration system (it is suggested to consult the Financial Department of our team). |
Stage 13 | Assign tax officer to carry out training for taxation system. |
Stage 14 | Verification of tax category, and the tax bureau checks the office space. |
Stage 15 | Invoice application, and enter the operation stage. |
